Is meditating for two minutes enough?
Well, if you're only starting out, yes; however as you progress on your journey you will undoubtedly want more. We recommend starting with one of our two minute practises, and then building from there.
What is meditation?
Meditation is a mental practice where you train your attention and awareness to become calmer, clearer, and more present.
Why do it?
It can help to reduce stress, improve focus and clarity, supports better sleep & boosts wellbeing.......need more reasons?!
How do I do it?
Sit quietly, breathe naturally, and notice your breath. Your mind will wander.....thats normal. Just bring your attention back to your breath and keep going.
Where should I meditate?
Anywhere! but some places make it much easier, especially when you’re starting. Somewhere quiet, comfortable and calm like your bedroom is perfect; however, as you progress you'll find you can meditate anywhere - outdoors, in the office, or on the bus...
Like any new habit, it takes patience and practice. You don’t need to be perfect or completely still. Just showing up, breathing, and observing your thoughts is enough. With time, it becomes easier, more natural, and deeply rewarding. Start small, stay gentle, and be consistent.
