Well, if you're only starting out, yes; however as you progress on your journey you will undoubtedly want more! We recommend starting with one of our two minute practises, and then building from there.
Is meditating for two minutes enough?
Is it hard to do?
Like any new habit, it takes patience and practice. You don’t need to be perfect or completely still. Just showing up, breathing, and observing your thoughts is enough. With time, it becomes easier, more natural, and deeply rewarding. Start small, stay gentle, and be consistent
How often should I meditate?
You should meditate as often as feels right for you. However, to form a real habit we recommend one of our short meditations just after you wake, and before you jump on your phone or laptop! Once a day is a great foundation for growth.
Where do I start?
Don't worry we've got you! Find somewhere quiet, put in your headphones, and try one of the following videos. Just two minutes and you're on your meditation journey. Explore our site & YouTube library and organically grow it from there. We're always here so check our blog for regular posts on how to progress and develop your practice. No guarantees but we're pretty sure it will be only good...........
